(table cloths, candles, bows, flowers (anything that needs to be done) -Oversee vendors that are arriving and give direction. -Keep your event on schedule! -Distribute final payment to all vendors. Janice was great to work with. She has a team that she works with and the day of my wedding she took all my worries away and it turned out beautiful. The best part was her rates. I could not afford a wedding planner and this was a great alternative! Call her it is worth it!
