CDS Academy of Martial Arts offers age specific classes for ages 3 and up. The classes are devided by age so that each student may get the best training possible at the appropriate level. Mixing martial arts and fitness, CDS has created a unique teaching method that allows students of all ages to sweat and smile during their workouts, CDS academy is a family focused school, working daily to help their students be more successful in their goals and acheivements.
